Work people retain

Review and decisions

Exception checks · Physical tasks

As the same repetitive work grows, so can the total time saved. Results depend on volume and automation scope.

Hypothetical example · Not measured results
Assume 5 people’s workload before − 1–2 after

Assumed workload reduction3–4 people’s work

Illustration based on staffing assumptions, not a maximum effect

Annual labor-cost equivalentKRW 180–240m

3–4 × KRW 5m total monthly labor cost × 12 months

These are not actual headcount reductions or cash savings. System operation and maintenance costs are separate. Future AX effects are excluded.

Calculation and source
Assumed manual workload
5 people’s work
Assumed remaining workload
1–2 people’s work
Arithmetic midpoint
3.5 people’s work · Approx. KRW 210m/year

These staffing inputs are assumptions, not the result of a full workload or time study. Review, exceptions and physical work remain. Actual effects depend on volume and automation scope.

The assumed total monthly labor cost of KRW 5m rounds the approximately KRW 5.01m figure for firms with 10–29 employees in the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s 2025 Corporate Labor Cost Survey (published September 2026, Korean source). This is not a direct statistic for firms with fewer than 10 employees or for individual roles.
